Notice of Privacy Practices

Minneapolis Radiation Oncology strongly believes in protecting the confidentiality and security of information we collect about individuals.  The privacy provisions of the federal law - the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA) - apply to health information created or maintained by health care providers.  The “Notice of Privacy Practices” document below describes how we treat the information we receive about individuals who access our services. 

The notice is in portable document format (PDF), a file format that can be viewed and printed with Adobe Acrobat Reader, an application which can be downloaded free from Adobe Web site and is compatible with all major hardware and operating system platforms.
