Daiva Kristupaitis, M.S., D.A.B.R.

Daiva Kristupaitis joined MRO in 1998. The first year she received clinical training at Fairview Southdale Radiation Therapy Center. In 1999 she joined the group full time. Currently she works at Fairview Southdale and Waconia Radiation Therapy centers.  She is a Diplomat of the American Board of Radiology. 

Daiva was born and raised in Lithuania. She did undergraduate studies in Electrical Engineering at Polytechnical Institute, Kaunas, Lithuania.

Daiva finished Biophysical Sciences and Medical Physics Program at University of Minnesota. While a student, she worked as Research Assistant at the Biotherapy Program. In 1998 she published 2 articles in the Journal of Biological Chemistry on Electromagnetic Field Induced Stimulation of Bruton’s Tyrosine Kinase (BTK).

Daiva's current activites at MRO include conformal 3-D external beam planning, IMRT planning and QA, prostate seed implants, gynecological implants, IVB's, Stereotactic Radiosurgery, linear accelerator calibration and equipment QA, chart checking.

Daiva Kristupaitis is a member of the American Association of Physicists in Medicine and American Society of Therapeutic Radiology and Oncology.
